Speciality coffee is complicated, it is a combination of chemistry, art and ingenuity.
Over the last 5 years, Square peg has built up a depth of speciality coffee knowledge by fully immersing ourselves in the industries latest research and embarking on the Speciality Coffee Associations (SCA) Barista Skills program. We are one of the few businesses in Wales with authorised SCA Trainers. This means The Square Peg can train & certify globally recognised barista qualifications.
