Coffee species & varieties, processes, dialling in espresso, flavour identity, espresso adjustment & techniques, latte art, equipment maintenance, workflow management, customer engagement, hygiene, health & safety.
3 maximum due to covid 19 social distancing. Face masks must be worn during the session unless coffee tasting is in progress. Hands must be washed throughout the course and all surfaces will be sanitised regularly. If you are feeling unwell please do not attend, get in touch and we can rearrange.

The Speciality Coffee Association (SCA) is the globally accredited organisation that represents the speciality coffee industry and the professionals within it. This course is part of their SCA Coffee Skills Program which consists of six modules. With certified courses earn you 10 points towards your SCA Coffee Skills Program.
